At Artikuno Commerce, Aidana works as Customer Relations Manager, where she leads customer support and CRM operations. Her role includes managing customer support agents, overseeing daily workflows, monitoring performance, improving processes, and ensuring that customer support activities are aligned with broader operational goals. Her work focuses on helping e-commerce teams create support systems that are faster, more organized, and easier to scale. She brings a practical understanding of how CRM tools, automation, and customer service workflows can improve both team efficiency and customer experience.
